Type: Contract Role We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support cross-functional teams within a complex and fast-paced enterprise environment. You’ll help shape delivery across large-scale digital, health, aged care, or financial services programs—where what you do directly supports the lives of everyday Australians. Key Responsibilities Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies – daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Identify and remove impediments that hinder team delivery and momentum Coach teams on Agile principles, fostering a strong delivery culture Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure backlogs are refined and prioritised Drive visibility of progress through burndown charts, dashboards, and team metrics Champion team transparency, continuous improvement, and psychological safety Align delivery with strategic objectives across health, wellbeing, digital, and financial domains Perform additional services as required across a portfolio of transformation initiatives What You Bring 3–5 years as a Scrum Master in medium-to-large scale organisations Solid experience in Agile frameworks – Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar Excellent communication and facilitation skills with technical and business stakeholders Comfortable working in hybrid or enterprise agile environments Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools Industry experience in health, aged care, insurance or financial services is highly regarded Relevant Agile certifications (CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe etc.) preferred Qualifications Sprint Planning and User Stories skills Analytical Skills and Communication abilities Experience in Software Development methodologies Strong understanding of Agile frameworks Certification in Scrum Master or related fields Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment Ready to Apply?
